A FEW ADVENTURE MEMORIES
While Jimmy was filming his hunt for an Alaskan grizzly, he was invited to come by for dinner at the home of renowned bow hunter Dr. Jack Frost - the first person in history to harvest all 29 North American big game animals with a bow, all of which scored in the record book. He is also the first person to ever harvest all four sheep species with a bow, and his daughter is the first woman to harvest all bear species with a bow. The bear in the picture, harvested by Dr. Frost, broke Fred Bear’s world record.
Yearly Jimmy and his family take a week to travel to a Third World country and volunteer at a Children’s Home, in this case the Casa Para Ninos Alleluyah Home in Guatemala. Several friends joined the Sites family, including Lori and Heather Walk of Quest Haven Lodge (episode “Pass it On”) and Tyler Smith (son of singer Michael W. Smith).
