Dear Friend,

   Thank you for visiting our site, and for being a supporter of Spiritual Outdoor Adventures.  We are entering our 12th year as a non-profit ministry, and our overall objective is to spread God’s Word across the world.  We have distributed over 120,000 “Heart of the Outdoor” Bibles to viewers at a cost of $1.2 million dollars.  The majority of this money has been covered by donations from individuals just like you, as well as by companies and organizations that want to help us spread the Good News. 

     These Bibles have blessed children, adults from all walks of life including prisoners on death row, Hollywood producers, professional athletes, and people living in homeless shelters.  Thousands have chosen to begin a walk with Jesus as Savior as a direct result of this ministry.  This is God’s ministry, not ours.  It is His vision that we are following.  We try to keep it simple, and encourage people to read the Bible for themselves to find out God’s plan for their lives.  We also develop resources to help them develop spiritually.

James Linville saw the camo Bible ad while watching Spiritual Outdoor Adventures TV, and he decided to look at it on the web site.  While there, James saw where he could sign up for a free Mathews bow.  Having never won anything in his life, he almost didn’t sign up.  However, he did, and NOW HE IS A WINNER!  His name was randomly drawn from thousands of applicants, and the call was made by Jimmy Sites and the SOA staff to inform him of this special blessing made possible by SOA and Mathews Bows.  James is 56 years old and has never bow hunted.  He owns 10 acres of land in North Carolina where he and his 3 sons rifle hunt for whitetail deer. 2 of his sons bow hunt on the property, and James is excited about now being able to join them on bow hunts.  Since 1978 James has been involved in various forms of ministry including street ministry, old folks homes, and filling pulpits for ministers.  For the past 8 years he has served as a volunteer chaplain at two prisons.  Congratulations James!  Keep up the good work, and enjoy your new Mathews bow!
